Aaron Hemmings

AARON HEMMINGS (Managing Shareholder) received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law. During law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Judge Matusinka, Torrance Superior Court. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Hemmings practiced civil litigation, immigration and workers’ compensation as an associate for a well-respected firm. He has provided several workers' compensation seminars and presentations for insurance companies, self-insured employers and the firm’s attorneys, covering a breadth of workers’ compensation topics and changes in statutory and case law. He has aggressively and successively handled all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Defense for both public and private employers and is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law. Mr. Hemmings is a shareholder and the manager of our Central Coast office in Thousand Oaks and San Fernando Valley office in Woodland Hills. Mr. Hemmings is an avid supporter of the Wounded Warriors Project and Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America. He is an Assistant Den/Patrol Leader and Popcorn “Colonel” Coordinator and is dedicated to helping “special needs” children through scouting activities. In his spare time, Mr. Hemmings enjoys surfing, camping, swimming and sports of all kinds.
