Aaron McCurdy

Aaron T. McCurdy is an associate in the Pensacola office and focuses his practice in the area of workers’ compensation defense, general liability defense, and other business-related matters. Mr. McCurdy is a Martindale-Hubbel AV-rated Preeminent attorney. He has experience defending insurance carriers, third party administrators (TPAs), self-insureds, the state of Florida, county agencies, and professional employer organizations (PEOs). Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Mr. McCurdy represented employers and carriers in complex workers’ compensation claims, general liability claims, insurance defense, and other business-related matters.

He has lectured to employers, insurance adjusters and insurance professionals on the issues of worker’s compensation at various accredited seminars throughout Florida. He is an approved lecturer by the State of Florida for insurance adjusters’ CEU credits.

Mr. McCurdy received a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the Florida Gulf Coast University and a Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law. During his time at law school, he was awarded the Trial Advocacy Award by the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. McCurdy is a member of the Florida, Alabama and Federal Bar.
