Alexander Bistritz

Alexander S. Bistritz is an associate in Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A.’s Fort Lauderdale West Offices’ Property Group. Mr. Bistritz has provided zealous defense of claims arising from first party insurance claims while at Cole, Scott & Kissane.

Mr. Bistritz was born and raised in the Miami area. With experience at start-up companies in the Bio-Technology Mr. Bistritz brings a unique, flexible, and creative mind frame to the numerous cases he handles at Cole, Scott & Kissane.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Bistritz prior experiences include personal Injury, complex business litigation, and Transactional matters. His litigation experience includes personal injury arising from slip and falls, auto accidents, medical malpractice, marine accidents, and premises liability, landlord-tenant litigation, labor & employment litigation, as well as commercial litigation.

Mr. Bistritz is a member of the Florida Bar.
