Ali G. Spina

Ali Spina is an associate in WSHB’s Thousand Oaks office. Her practice focuses on complex and commercial civil litigation, with a focus on gaining a strategic advantage at every step of the litigation process. As a litigator, Ali is sought after for her procedural know-how, articulate arguments, and charisma both in and out of the courtroom. Ali’s practice includes products liability, catastrophic injury, transportation matters, property damage, and insurance matters.

Ali graduated from Pepperdine School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship Recipient. While attending Pepperdine Law, Ali was an active member of the Honors Trial Advocacy Team, Trial Advocacy Board, Moot Court Board, and Women’s Legal Society. She also served as the Chairwoman for the Dalsimer Moot Court Competition and a Student Mentor. During her studies, Ali received the Cali Award of Excellence for Cross Cultural Negotiations and Apology, Reconciliation, and Forgiveness.

During her time at Pepperdine School of Law, Ali also simultaneously received her Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the esteemed Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She values the skills she learned through her time at the Straus Institute and works tirelessly to employ those skills to reach successful resolutions for our client’s matters before they reach trial.

Ali was born and raised in California’s Central Valley and currently resides in Calabasas.
