Alisha Pritchard

ALISHA E. PRITCHARD attended California State University, Chico where she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Political Science, with an emphasis in Legal Studies. Ms. Pritchard received her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. Her initial legal experience included representation of clients in both personal injury and criminal cases, though Ms. Pritchard has practiced workers' compensation law exclusively since 2004. While an undergraduate, Ms. Pritchard was employed as a paralegal for the Community Legal Information Center, performing work for incarcerated inmates for nearly four years. During law school, she interned for the Butte County District Attorney Office, the Spokane County Public Defender Office, and served as a Rule 9 intern for a small property law firm, and a criminal and civil boutique firm. After moving to California and taking a position as a workers’ compensation defense attorney at a respected statewide firm, Ms. Pritchard later became Staff Counsel for Travelers Insurance Company, subsequently associating with SRTK. Ms. Pritchard is highly skilled in medical and medical-legal issues, determining permanent disability and apportionment, detailed preparation of legal pleadings and negotiating settlements. Ms. Pritchard is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law. When she isn’t working, Ms. Pritchard enjoys reading, fitness, skiing and music.
