ABOUT Allison M. Midei
practices in the area of litigation . Ms. Midei provides counsel in all phases of litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation, in both state and federal court and at both the trial and appellate levels.
Ms. Midei previously served as law clerk to the Hon. Kim R. Gibson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Midei is a 2014 graduate, with high honors, of Emory University School of Law, where she was executive notes and comments editor of the Emory Law Journal and elected to the Order of the Coif. She is a cum laude graduate of Denison University.
