Amanda L. Orr

AMANDA L. ORR is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she majored in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law. She received her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where she earned the American Jurisprudence Award in Workers’ Compensation and Appellate Advocacy, and was also the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Educational Association Scholarship Recipient. Mrs. Orr’s practice has been focused in the areas of workers’ compensation and complex civil litigation. An accomplished speaker, Mrs. Orr regularly attended and spoke at conferences to educate insurers. She was honored to serve as a Panelist for the Jackson Women in Leadership Symposium held in Jackson, Mississippi. Mrs. Orr has been active in her local community with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and travels to Washington, D.C. to advocate for awareness for the disease and to speak with members of Congress about funding for pancreatic cancer research. Mrs. Orr enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Reese.
