Amanda Venturi

Amanda Venturi is an Associate in Conway Farrell’s Commercial Real Estate group, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate law. Amanda has extensive experience representing institutional lenders in commercial real estate financing matters for commercial, retail, mixed use and multi-family properties. Her experience includes the review of loan commitment letters, preparation and review of all loan documents, extensive title research including, review of chain of title, title endorsements, surveys and municipal violations, review of all offering plans, leases, lease estoppels and organizational documents of borrowers.

Prior to joining Conway Farrell, Amanda was an Associate at a New York City law firm where in additional to transactional lending, Amanda represented owners in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial and residential real estate in both New York and New Jersey. She also handled cases in other areas of law including Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Landlord/Tenant litigation, and General Business/Commercial representation including the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements, contracts and other agreements.
