Amy H. Kraft

Amy joined Cervizzi & Associates in 2015. Amy focuses her practice exclusively in family law matters and has represented clients in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modification, abuse prevention and restraining orders, pre-nuptial agreements, paternity and contempt cases. Amy manages all aspects of her family law cases, from drafting filing documents to negotiating and drafting agreements through to trial preparation and trial. Amy is a certified Limited Assistance Representation attorney, where she can represent clients who require assistance on an as-needed basis.Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University with a major in Psychology. Amy earned her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. While enrolled in law school, Amy participated in the Suffolk University Law School Family Advocacy Clinic as a Certified SJC Rule 3.03 Attorney, representing clients in a variety of Domestic Relations cases in the Middlesex Probate & Family Court.
