Andrea L. Jolliffe

Andrea Jolliffe is a partner in the Athens Office of HBS where she has practiced since joining the firm in December, 2006. Andrea’s practice is devoted exclusively to the representation and defense of public and private entities, with a particular emphasis and interest in issues related to the provision of services to special populations. Because the needs of special populations arise in multiple areas of practice, Andrea works with four of the firm’s premier practice groups: Aging Services, Education, Employment and Government Liability. She is frequently called upon to handle the early resolution and defense of long-term care litigation, complex special education disputes, deficient performance in the provision of services to special populations, disability-related employment matters and claims related to the accessibility of public services.
