Andrew R. Arbeit

Andrew R. Arbeit is an experienced litigator who has defended clients against workers’ compensation claims for more than a decade. He has appeared before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, and has managed every aspect of the claim, from start to finish - reviewing case facts, speaking with claims adjusters and employers, analyzing circumstances of alleged injury, and utilizing relevant case law to reach successful resolutions for his clients. Andrew’s background also includes administrative law and appearing before the New York Environmental Control Board. He has also assisted on intellectual property matters involving trademark, patent, and copyright law.
