Andrew van Wagner

Andrew Van Wagner is an experienced trial lawyer who has dedicated his entire career to aggressively representing victims injured in a variety of personal injury matters.

Mr. Van Wagner is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. While in Law School, Mr. Van Wagner was a member of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal serving as both a staff writer and as the Managing Editor. His article, ‘A Look at a Melting Arctic and the Hot Competition for its Resources’, was chosen for publication and he was later chosen to give a lecture on his article at the Michigan University College of Law.

Following law school, Mr. Van Wagner entered private practice focusing on civil litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has been named a Rising Star in the Personal Injury practice area for 2016 through 2019 by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. Mr. Van Wagner was most recently named a 2019 Top Attorney by Suburban Life Magazine.
