Anthony J. DiOrio

Anthony J. Diorio is a Principal in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He heads the firm’s Providence, Rhode Island, office and is the Litigation Manager for the office. With over 34 years of litigation experience, his practice concentrates on employment-related litigation from both the firm’s White Plains and Providence offices.

Mr. DiOrio has vast trial experience before state and federal courts as well as various administrative agencies and arbitrations on behalf of management in all employment-related matters, including claims of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, civil rights, breach of contract, restrictive covenant violations, pension fund disputes and other benefits-related litigation. Mr. DiOrio has also handled many labor discharge arbitrations. He is a first chair jury trial litigator and handles appeals before the New York, Rhode Island and New Jersey appellate courts.

Mr. DiOrio also counsels employers on various employment law matters and the development and implementation of preventive employment practices.
