Antonio Papi Rossi

Antonio Papi Rossi assists clients with public tenders and represents private companies in procurement and subcontracting of works, services, and supplies. Antonio counsels public companies on public works contracts, services and supplies, environmental law, and regulatory law, with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries.

Antonio litigates before the Regional Administrative Tribunals (TAR), the Council of State, the Court of Auditors (Corte dei Conti), the Court of Cassation, and the Constitutional Court. He has deep experience in urban planning, offers for public works, services and supplies, privatizations, and procedures for the transformation of public bodies.
