Aris Rotella

Aris Rotella is an Associate in our office in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, and he focuses his practice on medical malpractice, aging services and long term care issues, and a variety of general civil litigation matters.

Earlier in his career, he was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marilyn C. Clark, the presiding judge of the criminal division in Passaic County, New Jersey, where he assisted with research, organizing the trial calendar and working with attorneys to keep case flow running smoothly and efficiently.

He was also a summer associate at firms in White Plains, New York, and Newark, New Jersey. Aris was a legal extern at Collen IP, a firm in Ossining, New York, that specializes in copyright and trademark law and other intellectual property matters. He also had a summer internship in business development at Fox News in the New York area.

Aris earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. During law school, he was Managing Director of the Law Advocacy Board and he was awarded the John Bartels Trial Advocacy award at graduation. He was also recognized as Best Oralist and for Best Brief and Northeastern Jessup International Moot Court Competition.

He also earned two undergraduate degrees, double majoring in political science and history with a pre-law concentration, from the University of Scranton. During his undergraduate career, he was elected President of the Student Body and oversaw a budget of $400,000 and a paid staff of seven, and he served for three terms on the University Governance Counsel and Student Senate. He was also a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha political science honor society.
