Devlin joined the firm in 1982 and has more than 25 years experience in litigating complex claims in both New York State Courts and Federal Courts, in the areas of medical liability, civil rights, and general negligence. In addition, she counsels institutional clients, hospitals, individuals, and municipalities with regard to litigation, risk management and risk avoidance.
