ABOUT Benjamin Bagenski
Benjamin Bagenski, an associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group, focuses his practice on a wide variety of workers’ compensation claims. He counsels and defends clients in all phases of workers’ compensation litigation, from intake to trial and appeal.
Ben received his bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Sociology, graduating cum laude, from SUNY Albany before going on to earn his juris doctor from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law. While pursuing his law degree, Ben interned at the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office. He also worked at a legal clinic for Arts, Sports, and Entertainment Law, where he assisted creative and entrepreneurial clients with starting and navigating their businesses.
