Benjamin R. Marble

Benjamin R. Marble is an Associate in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel.

Mr. Marble represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including defending employers against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination and wrongful termination as well as wage and hour disputes. He also counsels employers on the latest employment law regulations to proactively avoid risk and the possibility of litigation.

Mr. Marble received his law degree from the University of Missouri, where he served as Chairman for the Board of Advocates and won numerous awards and competitions for trial practice, including excellence in pre-trial litigation, trial practice, and trial advocacy. Honors Include:
