Bianca Carvajal

Bianca Carvajal is an associate at WSHB’s Rancho Cucamonga office handling complex civil litigation, including catastrophic injury, premises liability, and construction.

Bianca graduated magna cum laude from the University of La Verne College of Law. Upon graduation, she was awarded the National Order of Scribes award for excellence in legal writing. While in law school, Bianca earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in civil procedure, negotiation, trial advocacy, immigration law, community property, contemporary issues in civil rights, and transactional workshop. She was also awarded the Paul Egly and Miriam Kendal Scholarships for her academic excellence and leadership at the College of Law. In 2017, Bianca’s article “Combatting California’s Notario Fraud” was published in UCLA’s Chicana/o-Latina/o Law Review.

While in law school, Bianca enjoyed serving as the Chief Articles Editor for the La Verne Law Review and the President of the Latino Law Students Association. She also interned at the Immigration Center for Women and Children and the Alliance for Children’s Rights. Prior to law school, Bianca attended UCLA, where she graduated with a major in Political Science and a minor in Labor and Workplace Studies. While attending UCLA, Bianca served as a Congressional Intern for the United States House of Representatives. Bianca is fluent in Spanish.
