Bola Awujoola

Bola Awujoola focuses his practice on assisting clients in all stages of workers’ compensation litigation, from intake to trial and appeal.

Bola draws on previous experience serving as in-house counsel for a global corporate services firm based in Lagos, Nigeria, where he counseled corporate executives and administrators on a range of legal issues, such as tax law, regulatory compliance, contracts, and commercial transactions. His background also includes advising and representing clients, including banks and large corporations, in multiple high profile civil, corporate, and criminal litigation matters in Nigeria. He has extensive experience in trial advocacy before trial courts in Nigeria and he has handled numerous appellate briefs before appellate courts in Nigeria.

Bola received his LL.B., the equivalent of a juris doctor, from Olabisi Onabanjo University in Nigeria before going on to earn his Bar Qualifying Certificate from the Nigerian Law School. He later earned his master’s in International, Commercial, and Maritime Law, graduating magna cum laude, from Swansea University in Wales.
