Brittany M. De Robertis

Brittany is an associate with the firm’s Phoenix office. She was raised in Orange County, California. She graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.

She received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in 2017 and graduated magna cum laude. While attending Whittier, Brittany was an Associate Editor for the Whittier Law Review and Whittier’s Journal of Child and Family Advocacy. She wrote an article discussing the controversial practice of suction dredge mining and was honored as the 2017 Outstanding Graduate in Environmental Law for her work.

Prior to starting with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP, Brittany interned with prestigious public entities including the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, County Counsel for Orange County, and the Santa Ana City Attorney’s Office.

Brittany moved to Phoenix in early 2019 and has enjoyed hiking and exploring Arizona’s National Parks, rugged terrain, and historic towns.
