Brooke A. Bohlke

Brooke Bohlke practices in the area of civil litigation representing insurers, self-insured employers, hospitality providers (hotels, casinos and restaurants - including Fortune 500 companies), transportation providers (private, commercial, and railroad), and construction companies (residential and commercial) in all phases of litigation before administrative agencies and at arbitrations, mediations and trials. Her experience includes personal injury and workers’ compensation defense, construction defect, and premises and product liability matters.

Brooke also represents and counsels corporations, businesses, and management in the field of employment law and handles litigation matters ranging from complex wage and hour class actions to wrongful termination matters. She appears in state and federal courts and before the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and the Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner, handling matters that arise under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Nevada wage and hour laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, non-compete issues, leaves of absence, accommodation, harassment, discrimination, performance issues, and unfair competition. She also provides training and reviews and drafts policies, handbooks and employment agreements.

Brooke was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2004 and the Nevada State Bar in 2005, after graduating from the William S. Boyd School of Law. Before pursing a legal career, Brooke received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she graduated with a Political Science major. During her free time, Brooke enjoys running, cycling, traveling, and cooking.
