Brooke Atkinson

Brooke Atkinson is an associate in WSHB’s New York office specializing in complex commercial litigation, including commercial, construction, intellectual property and Labor Law issues.

A graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Brooke worked as a student attorney for the Economic Justice Clinic at the New York Legal Assistance Group. She also worked in the legal department of one of the top fashion designers in the world, where she focused on intellectual property enforcement issues. At her prior firm, Brooke was charged with handling appellate issues. Collectively, this broad base experience provides Brooke with a unique perspective and understanding of the issues presented by all stakeholders in litigation — claimants, clients and courts — which she brings to every matter she handles today. She received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Enterprise Regulation with a minor in International Studies from St. John’s University.
