Bryan D. Foltz

Bryan is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale East office. Bryan graduated with honors (cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law earning a J.D. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy with a focus in logic and Analytics.

While in law school, Bryan was awarded the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in Evidence, Contracts, and Torts. He was also awarded the Priscilla Jewett Schneller Scholarship for excellence in academics, and the Hope Pro Bono Honors award for nearly 400 hours of legal pro-bono through his dedication to helping local non-profit organizations. Bryan gained trial experience as a certified legal intern at multiple litigation focused government organization to include the Department of Homeland Security and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.

After graduation, Bryan worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office taking several cases to verdict.

Prior to school, Bryan served on active duty in the US Army deploying multiple times overseas in support of Operation Iraq Freedom.
