C. Mark Stratton

C. Mark Stratton has broad experience in the areas of commercial, oil and gas, transportation, securities, construction, products liability, professional liability and personal injury litigation. Mark is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has tried more than 50 cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, including some of the most challenging jurisdictions in the country. He has also argued cases before the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the 1st, 3rd, 9th, and 14th Courts of Appeals in Texas. Mark provides transactional advice to his oil and gas clients, and his trial work in this area gives him a unique perspective on transactional issues. In his spare time, Mark enjoys coaching youth sports and is an avid outdoorsman. Mark lives in Austin with his wife and young sons.
