Tom Burton focuses in business and health law. He has more than 30 years’ experience representing management and equity owners in the various facets of formation, planning and operations, with his health law practice primarily focusing on representing physicians and physician groups. Tom has personal experience with a start-up business venture in developing business plans and seeking private equity funding.
