• Advised an Italian pharmaceutical group on the creation of a global commercial partnership for the South American market (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and other LATAM countries) with an Argentinian pharmaceutical company.°
• Advised an Italian pharmaceutical group in the acquisition of the 100% of the shares of Swiss manufacturer of medical devices.°
• Advised an Italian pharmaceutical group in the acquisition of manufacturing facilities in Germany from a German pharmaceutical company.°
