ABOUT Catherine Miller
Catherine Miller focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense. With more than a decade’s experience handling workers’ compensation matters on the claimant side, Kate offers clients unique insights and brings extensive knowledge of the claims process in order to mount successful defenses. Kate routinely appears before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, handling each case from inception through completion, and she also has extensive experience taking medical and lay testimony, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and drafting summations and appeals.
While attending the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Kate gained experience through two internships with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.
