Christine E. Dinsdale

Practice focused on advising clients and litigating complex tort disputes, product liability actions, commercial disputes and class actions. Since 1983, she has represented numerous manufacturers, retailers and premises owners in defending and resolving claims of exposure to asbestos, benzene and other substances. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, and she defends claims involving a wide variety of industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, boilers, and blowers, along with sealing products, commercial and domestic construction products, and vehicle products. Recent litigation also includes defense of claims involving contaminated food products, trademark violations, farmworker rights and employer obligations under federal law, privacy, and technology issues. She enjoys appellate work, and has represented clients in numerous appeals in state and federal appellate courts.
An honors graduate of the University of Arizona Law School, Chris served as Executive Editor of the Arizona Law Review and was awarded the law school prize for best brief in moot court competition. She is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon, and in numerous federal courts.
