Christopher A. Arcitio

Christopher enjoys experience handling all facets of litigation involving physicians, nurses, and hospitals, from the discovery phase through trial. Christopher is equally adept at complex civil litigation spanning from transportation to elevator malfunctions.

A graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Christopher served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Commercial Division Online Law Report and an Articles and Notes Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Christopher was the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. He competed in the Northeast Regional Thomas Tang Moot Court competition, receiving the award for Best Brief and earning the title Northeast Regional Champion. Christopher later finished the competition as a Quarterfinalist. After graduating, he returned to St. John’s to serve as an Alumni Coach for two teams of law students.

Christopher is the author of a published article entitled, “Unraveling the Inequitable Nature of the Model Minority: Asian-Americans Deserve Affirmative Action” in the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice. During law school, Christopher worked as a student attorney for St. John’s Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic, and a law clerk for the Federal Commission, the American Transit Insurance Company, and a securities litigation firm.

He received his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of San Diego.
