ABOUT Christopher Eads
Christopher R. Eads is an Associate in our office in Nashville, Tennessee, and he focuses his practice on medical malpractice, transportation, premises liability and general liability matters. He also represents clients in business litigation and labor and employment disputes, in addition to business transactions.
Before joining Hall Booth Smith, Chris was an Associate at a firm in Nashville, where he litigated insurance, construction, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking and subrogation matters. In this role, Chris successfully handled numerous bench trials to verdict. He also served on the firm’s Leadership Committee.
Earlier in his career, Chris worked as a litigation associate at a regional law firm where he successfully handled administrative trials in the Department of Labor. During law school, he clerked for a firm in Virginia, where he wrote briefs to the Supreme Court of Virginia, Federal Courts and numerous state Circuit Courts.
Chris earned a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Appalachian School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List multiple semesters and served as an articles editor for the Appalachian Journal of Law.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Cumberland University, which awarded him a Bachelor of Arts degree in general business. He was a four-year member of the Cumberland University Football Team, and President of the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society.
In his free time, Chris enjoys golfing, fishing, reading and spending time with family.
EXPERIENCE
Chris has litigated numerous lawsuits related to insurance, construction, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking and subrogation matters. He has successfully tried numerous bench trials in state courts and the Department of Labor.
