Christopher Nucifora, Esq.

Christopher Nucifora is an accomplished commercial litigator who has a broad range of experience handling complex matters. His experience includes litigating and resolving business and corporate conflicts, private and public construction disputes, and fidelity and suretyship claims. Additionally, Mr. Nucifora has developed an expertise in the complex and emerging field of information and privacy security and is an accomplished author and speaker on the issues. Mr. Nucifora is Chair of KDV’s Technology Practices Group and has substantial experience advising and litigating on behalf of companies on intellectual property disputes, trademark and licensing issues, defense of directors and officers, “cyber liability” and problems with user agreements, and general commercial disputes.

Mr. Nucifora’s diversified clientele includes closely held and publicly traded multi-national corporations, contractors, licensed professionals and technology companies. He is highly regarded in all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial as well as mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Nucifora is a certified New Jersey State Wrestling Official and volunteer instructor.
