Christopher S. Dodrill

Christopher S. Dodrill has deep experience litigating complicated cases across a variety of industries. He has represented corporate, government, and individual clients, at all stages of litigation, in commercial disputes, business torts, financial institution litigation, legal malpractice defense, and internal investigations.

Previously a senior lawyer in the West Virginia Attorney General's Office, Chris has advised officials at the highest levels of state government. His experience includes supervising litigation involving the administration of the state Medicaid program, services for children and families, public employee grievances, public health issues, state licensing and regulatory boards, and management of state psychiatric hospitals. Chris also handled criminal appellate matters for the state of West Virginia, briefing more than 50 cases in federal and state courts and arguing 14 times before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia.
