Clay H. Whittaker

Clay H. Whittaker is a Partner in Cole, Scott & Kissane’s Pensacola office. He is licensed in Florida and Alabama and handles all types of civil litigation disputes with an emphasis on construction defects and accidents, wrongful death claims, automotive and trucking accidents and investigations, and premises liability claims.

Mr. Whittaker is also recognized as a Board Certified Specialist in Construction Law, where he litigates construction defect and contract claims on behalf of architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors; professional liability claims and general business disputes on behalf of design professionals; product liability claims on behalf of suppliers and materialmen; and premises liability claims on behalf of property owners. Mr. Whittaker’s educational background, which includes a degree in Construction Management from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School at the University of Florida, provides him the unique ability to communicate effectively with construction industry clients and analyze complex disputes.

Mr. Whittaker earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College School of Law in 2008, located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
