ABOUT Colby S. Morgan, Jr.

Colby S. Morgan, Jr., is Of Counsel in the Memphis, Tennessee, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He served as Managing Attorney and Senior Counsel at FedEx in the company’s employment litigation group.

Mr. Morgan has handled a large volume of federal and state lawsuits, as well as administrative proceedings, for many years. Mr. Morgan’s expertise includes all forms of discrimination and disability litigation, denial of benefits matters, qualified domestic relations orders, mediation, EEOC class actions, bankruptcy and appellate practice. He has also litigated non-compete and unfair competition claims, franchise liability, products liability, workers compensation and insurance-related matters. During his time at FedEx, Mr. Morgan received several awards for his litigation successes, including the Five Star award - FedEx’s highest honor - as well as multiple Bravo Zulu awards and a “Star Rating” for outstanding performance.
