Craig Minko

Craig Minko is a managing partner at the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale East office. Craig concentrates his practice on state and federal civil litigation, including business/commercial litigation, employment discrimination and retaliation matters, wage and hour actions, condominium and homeowners’ association litigation, corporate directors and officers disputes, corporate derivative actions, defamation litigation, professional malpractice matters, and products liability litigation.

Craig received his undergraduate degree in Management, graduating cum laude, from Binghamton University. He attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, graduating in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, Craig served as the Executive Editor of Nova Law Review, Volume 34, and was a recipient of the Nova Merit Scholarship. Craig also received Book Awards in law school for obtaining the Highest Grade in Constitutional Law and Advanced Legal Research.

Craig was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as one of Florida’s Rising Stars of the legal profession in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Super Lawyers Magazine selects no more than 2.5% of licensed attorneys in the State of Florida as Rising Stars, based on peer nomination, professional achievements, independent research by Super Lawyers, and peer evaluation by practice area.

Craig holds an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence, which is a peer rating held only by an elite group 10% of all attorneys nationwide.
