Dana L. Hooper

Dana Hooper’s unique practice focuses on employment law, commercial litigation, and sports matters. In representing businesses in employment litigation and consultation she delivers assistance in a variety of areas, including contract preparation and negotiation, employment handbooks and policies, employee accommodations, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and collective and class action defense. Dana’s commercial litigation experience, in both federal and state court, runs the gamut of representing businesses in disputes, such as contract claims and business torts in numerous industries of varying sizes and types.

In Dana’s sports practice, she works with a variety of clients, including representation of professional athletes, college, professional and youth coaches, executives, teams, youth clubs and organizations, and sports-oriented businesses. Dana provides her clients with support in areas including disputes and issues with teams and leagues, contract drafting, negotiations, endorsement deals, development, legal advice, litigation, and overall counsel. Her personal touch, experience and connections have proven as assets to clients in various sports throughout the world. Dana is also a U.S. Soccer certified agent for professional female and male soccer players and has represented over 50 players.
