Daniel G. May

Daniel G. May joined the firm in 1999 and was made a partner in 2005. He is an experienced litigator, representing institutional, corporate and individual clients in professional and general liability matters. Dan's responsibilities include administrative partner and lead trial counsel in cases involving hospitals and medical centers within the New York metropolitan area. He also represents individual physicians and staff affiliated with those institutions, providing litigation and risk management counsel.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan was an Assistant District Attorney in the felony trial division in Kings County, New York.
