Daniel I. Andorsky

Daniel I. Andorsky focuses his practice on representing and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in matters before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and on appeals in courts throughout Maryland. His experience covers all aspects of the workers’ compensation litigation process, including administrative hearings, depositions, and jury trials, as well as case assessment and developing claims-handling strategy.

During law school, Dan gained experience as a legal intern for the Hon. Judge Addison Howard in the Baltimore City Court, as a Criminal Practice Clinic student attorney in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, Eastside District Court, and as a legal intern for the Hon. Judge Lenore Gelfman in the Howard County Circuit Court.
