Daniel I. Aquino

Daniel I. Aquino is an Associate in the Las Vegas, Nevada, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

While attending law school, Mr. Aquino served as a Senior Articles Editor for the UC Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal. He also counseled applicants for political asylum on a volunteer basis, preparing their applications and successfully representing them during their United States Citizenship and Immigration Services hearings.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Aquino was a partner at the Las Vegas office of a regional law firm, where he handled a diverse caseload of litigated matters in state and federal court.
