ABOUT Daniel J. Moses
Daniel J. Moses is an Associate in the Portland, Oregon, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in a variety of workplace law matters, including litigation, preventive advice, and counsel.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Moses was an associate for a highly regarded boutique litigation firm in Santa Monica, California, where his practice focused on defending employers in multi-million dollar cases, including employment litigation, general business litigation, and complex litigation.
While attending law school, Mr. Moses served on the editorial board of Pepperdine Law Review, as the associate production editor. During his final semester of law school, Mr. Moses took night classes to complete his degree, while working full time as a judicial extern to the Honorable Debre K. Weintraub, Los Angeles Superior Court, and as a law clerk for a global litigation defense law firm in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Moses also worked as a law clerk for Pepperdine University’s Office of the General Counsel during his entire final year of law school, where he gained invaluable perspective on the needs of a company with over five thousand employees.
