Daniel Lieberman

Daniel Lieberman brings with him 30 years of real estate law experience including extensive complex transactional real estate experience. He has handled both residential and commercial matters, drafted and negotiated many leases and has been a bank attorney for many lending institutions in New York. In addition, he has prepared and filed many cooperative and condominium offering plans. He also advises many of New York’s largest lenders on issues related to CEMA, Co-op and condo real estate issues.

As lead counsel to one of New York’s premier mortgage bankers, Daniel has dealt with the most sophisticated and problematic issues in the transactional real estate market.

Daniel is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the field of real estate practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was in-house legal for a mortgage banker for approximately 24 years. He represented many sponsors of Condominium Offerings.

Daniel has been a NYPD Auxiliary Police officer for the past 7 years and is a certified team member of the Civilian Emergency Response Team for the last 6 years.

He enjoys restoring old cars and his ’57 Chevy is his pride and joy!
