Daniel M. Herrera

Daniel M. Herrera is an associate in Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A.’s Fort Lauderdale East Office. Mr. Herrera’s practice focuses in the areas of first party property coverage, carrier representation and property damage defense. As a Florida native, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and subsequently his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

While in law school, Mr. Herrera earned multiple scholarships while serving as the President of the Association of Business Law Students and interning for the Honorable Stephen DeLuca as a law clerk. Prior to joining Cole, Scott Scott & Kissane, P.A. Mr. Herrera gained considerable experience in handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters involving commercial and residential real property and appellate matters with favorable results.
