Danielle A. Otero

Danielle Otero is a senior associate in WSHB’s Las Vegas office, where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice, medical negligence and professional liability matters.

Danielle is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a member of the International Law Journal. During law school, Danielle worked for Magistrate Judge Gallo in the Federal District Court in San Diego; the U.S. Attorney’s office division in San Diego and criminal division in Santa Ana; and in the legal department of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Danielle received her B.A. degree in Global Studies & International Relations from the University of California Santa Barbara. As an undergrad, Danielle attended the Universitat de Barcelona for six months.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, and hiking.
