Danny Sparks

Danny Sparks is one of the newer additions to the Malman Law team, joining the firm in 2018. Before joining Malman Law, Attorney Sparks received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, where he graduated cum laude and participated in various Honors programs, including serving on the Moot Court Council and the Law Review. After being published by the Law Review, Attorney Sparks enjoyed assisting his fellow students by serving as a Staff Editor. Prior to attending law school, he received his Bachelor’s Degree from Aurora University.

While in school, he got his start in his legal career by clerking for a law firm near his hometown in Central Illinois focusing on education, real estate, and probate matters, and later honed his litigation skills clerking for Allison Wood at Legal Ethics Consulting, P.C. in downtown Chicago.

Attorney Sparks focuses his practice on cases involving elderly individuals in nursing home and long-term care facilities. Attorney Sparks takes pride in using his legal knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail to assist families who’s loved ones have been injured due to nursing home negligence. Although he is not a native of the Chicago, he spent much of his childhood visiting relatives in the Chicagoland area, and is now happy to assist Chicago residents in protecting their rights.

In his free time, Attorney Sparks enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing golf, and traveling.
