David Carter

David was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, and he’s stayed here to advocate for people in the Tampa area who have been wronged in an accident or otherwise injured. He started his career at one of the larger personal injury firms, but wanted an opportunity to join a firm where he could provide more personalized and attentive service to his clients. So, in 2016, he left the larger firm to join Mickey Keenan, PA.

He is dedicated to building relationships with his clients and working with them throughout the entirety of their cases to get the best possible resolution. David measures his success by his clients’ satisfaction. For each client, he believes in treating their case with skill, relentless dedication, and compassion.

David's Education Background

David graduated from Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL and afterwards attended the University of Florida on a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship. He graduated from the University of Florida Honors Program. As a fourth-generation attorney, David knew he wanted to continue the family tradition of obtaining justice for clients against powerful, corporate interests. So, he went to Florida State University College of Law, graduated with Honors and came home to Tampa to fight for Floridians.
