David J. Chun

DAVID J. CHUN (Managing Shareholder) received his Bachelor's degree from Amherst College and his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, where he was actively involved in the Criminal Law Clinic. Prior to passing the bar, he clerked for a civil firm specializing in family law, wills and trusts, and criminal defense. As an attorney, however, Mr. Chun has practiced workers' compensation defense exclusively. Mr. Chun has vast experience in all aspects of defending self-insured employers and insurance carriers on workers' compensation, 132a, and serious and willful matters. In addition, Mr. Chun has lectured on various topics related to this practice and is available to lecture in accordance with his clients' needs and requests. Mr. Chun speaks conversational Spanish, is fluent in Korean and has both studied and worked in South Korea. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. Mr. Chun has been certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law and is a shareholder and manager of our Fresno office, and Vice President of the Firm.
