ABOUT David Neil Marple
David N. Marple is the founder of Marple Law Firm, LLC, practicing Domestic Relations and Family Law. David assists clients in all phases of contested and uncontested cases involving divorce, alimony, equitable division, child custody and visitation, child support, contempt, restraining orders, modification issues, prenuptial agreements and reconciliation agreements.
David is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and he is Board Certified in Family Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. David has served on the Board of the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association (Immediate Past Chair 2013-2014; Chair 2012-2013; Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect 2011-2012; Secretary 2010-2011; Treasurer 2009-2010; Member-at-Large 2005-2009). He has served as the Family Law Committee Treasurer for the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and as Assistant Editor for the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Newsletter. He is a Barrister of the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court. David was selected by other lawyers 2014, 2015 and 2016 as a Georgia Super Lawyer, and in 2006 and 2009 as one of Georgia’s Super Lawyers "Rising Stars". David was also selected as Georgia Trend Magazine Legal Elite in 2015. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
David was born in Lafayette, Indiana. He graduated from Auburn University with a B.A., cum laude, in 1993. David received his J.D. from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa in 1997.
