Experience

• Practicing law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts for more than 25 years. She focuses her practice in all areas of insolvency and bankruptcy representation and in probate and estate planning matters.

• Extensive experience in the courts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, particularly their bankruptcy courts.

• Handling non-dischargeability actions, preference actions, fraudulent transfer actions, trustee representation and collection matters for both the debtor and creditor.

• Drafted and prosecuted several appeals and worked as debtor’s or creditor’s counsel in Chapter 11 and complex Chapter 7 cases and in probate matters.

• While at Boston University, she served as an Assistant Editor on the Probate Law Journal and was named as both a Paul J. Liacos Scholar and Edward F. Hennessey Scholar.

• Has represented the Chapter 7 Trustee of Financial Resources Mortgage, Inc. and approximately 100 other related entities, in the largest Ponzi scheme case in New Hampshire history, in litigation matters, which have resulted in the collection of millions of dollars for creditors.

• Has represented the Chapter 7 Trustee in the Robotic Vision Systems, Inc. case, a former publicly traded company where she helped collect millions more for creditors.
