Deepi K. Miller

Deepi K. Miller is a regulatory attorney and business litigator who represents clients in all phases of regulatory enforcement litigation, regulatory compliance, and commercial litigation. Deepi advises and defends local and national clients in the apparel, cosmetics, jewelry, food and beverage, supplement and recycling industries, among others, on California-specific consumer safety regulations, including Proposition 65. Her practice includes litigation and counseling under environmental and consumer protection laws, involving private party plaintiffs and governmental enforcement agencies, including the CA Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), CA Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), CA Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA), and CA Energy Commission (CEC), among others.

Deepi also litigates business tort issues, professional liability claims, bankruptcy estate disputes, and real estate development matters. She represents clients in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, as well as in mediation, arbitration and multidistrict litigation.
